Our inaugural Newsletter is available!
Documents
Through our annual survey, we heard you say you’d like more information sent and/or available to you in a variety of ways. In response, we’ve added two new methods of communicating! We also want to remind you of the many existing ways we share news and updates.
- We’ll continue to provide time sensitive information through SUBSCRIPTION EMAILS [like this one].
- We post a variety of photos and news on our FACEBOOK page.
- Our WEBSITE NEWS section distributes public-facing information. These items are often mirrored or directed from our Facebook page. Our website is full of information. If you’re looking for a specific topic, consider typing it into the search bar.
- Also on our website, the centre image in the header of the home page will change to a black ALERT BUTTON when there is an outbreak of any kind. The outbreak will be more fully explained in the NEWS item.
- The RESIDENT HANDBOOK is also downloadable from the website. We update it every few months.
- Important information and event signage is posted at the entrance and in relevant areas.
NEW!
- Quarterly, we'll invite you to our new TOWN HALL MEETINGS where you can bring your questions. In the meantime, if you have questions, you can email questions@cassellholme.ca.
- Once a month we’ll send out a NEWSLETTER. The inaugural edition is now available on our website. We’ll make printed copies available as well.
In other news,…
- Our brand new Behavioural Support Transition Unit [BSTU] is open. Read more here or ask for a printed copy of the new brochure.
- Residents' 2025 Notice of Assessments [NOAs] are due to Debbie Pigeon in the Resident Accounts Office by June 1, 2026.

- The live webcam was down for a short time, but is back up and running. Check it out. It’s great to see an overview of the redevelopment construction as it’s happening – live!
