Cassellholme and the North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit are working with experts in laboratory medicine at the North Bay Regional Health Centre and Public Health Ontario to understand the testing results that precipitated declaring an outbreak at Cassellholme.  In addition, we are collaborating on improving processes related to community detection/response and clear communication on steps being taken. 

The COVID-19 pandemic has taught us all that a flexible, responsive and collaborative effort is required amongst all agencies to reliably deliver the highest-quality care and information to our communities.
