A facility-wide respiratory outbreak has been declared. Currently, there are six symptomatic Residents on Birch Street and one on Maple Street. Symptoms include cough, sore throat, fatigue and nasal discharge. Affected Residents have been COVID tested and are isolated. Visitors are allowed. Isolation rooms require visitors to wear PPE as indicated.
