Today was sod turning day for the long-awaited redevelopment of Cassellholme!
We're excited to share the news and views as the project begins.

The current building [constructed in 1961], will be replaced with a state-of-the-art, 264 bed facility. Some of the exciting new features:
  • larger bedrooms
  • more space for community, treatment and recreational activities
  • new Indigenous spaces and special needs units
  • enhanced infectious disease protocols
  • more ways for Residents, visitors and the community to interact safely and comfortably
Phase I of this multi-phase project starts next week with the demolition of the walkway between Cassellholme and Castle Arms One. This will allow an interior courtyard to be converted into parking.

Stay tuned for much more info!
